Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Most orders deliver in 3–10 business days through our global logistics partner. Some destinations may add a customs holding day.
How is shipping priced?
Flat, transparent fees calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping on orders over $49 USD.
What if I do not like it?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for any reason. The item should be in resaleable condition. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. PayPal and major credit cards are accepted through PortOne and PayPal's secure checkout. We never store card data on our servers.
Is HomeDoc a medical brand?
No. HomeDoc sells household essentials. Nothing in our catalog is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For emergencies, call your local emergency number.
When will more products launch?
We add SKUs as we vet them. Subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of any page to get a short email when a new product ships.
